Came here for fish and chips as our diet dictates it must not be beer battered or mixed with oils from sausages etc. Hollie, Angela and Lucy could not have been more accommodating. The chef arranged for the food to be cooked separately in fresh palm oil. The fish was crispy and tasty, the home made tartare sauce was the best we have had and the mushy peas so smooth. Service was warm and always with a smile and I would definitely recommend this family firm for a sit in experience.

I had such a lovely lunch here with some friends. The decor is lovely and gives a modern, yet homely and cosy feel. The service was great, always with a smile and we got talking to one of the owners, who was so helpful and kindly shared with us the family back story of G&T’s after we asked about the pictures on the wall. There was a large selection of drinks and food to choose from, we had plenty of options. The drinks were great, the food looked great, it was delicious and we got big portions. We would definitley come back.

I highly recommend this establishment! Atmosphere; staff and food = AAA*! Fresh battered Halloumi, and a chocolate bombe dessert with ice cream. All really lovely. (I visited late summer, but numerous life situations got in the way, hence my very late review.) I hope to return again, when I am able to. Have a Happy New Year, and all the best for 2024!

Brilliant and tasty Saturday morning breakfast with the family, all served hot and on time, just gone on to write this review and very surprised to read the comments - what would you expect when all the food is freshly cooked to order on a busy Saturday morning and by the looks of it your toast was very intricate!

We went to eat lunch at G&T. I was pleasantly surprised to see the food tasty. Being a vegetarian I didn't have much hope. But our family enjoyed the food a lot and had a good time👍.
